Faxes

  • Received faxes can either be read out to you over the phone, faxed onto a number of your choice, held for you to collect from your pigeon hole (weekdays 9.00 am – 6.00 pm) or forwarded to you via first class post or courier service (at total cost plus 10% admin charge)  
  • Up to 100 faxes can be received a day.

Text/SMS

  • Your fax number can be enabled to receive text messages, improving the effectiveness and reach of your campaign.

  • Received at your business address can either be held for you to collect from your pigeon hole (weekdays 9.00 am – 6.00 pm) or forwarded to you via first class post or courier service at total cost plus 10% admin charge.

Registered Office

It is a legal requirement for any business established within the UK to be registered at a UK address and for the company name to be displayed on the premises. The registered office is where official mail is sent to. Official mail consists of correspondence from Companies House and other government agencies such as HMRC (Inland Revenue) as well as mail from UK Courts. Many companies prefer not to have official mail delivered direct to their trading address (especially if this is also their home address) and therefore choose our registered office service.

If you are using or intend to use your home address as your registered office, you must bear in mind that your private address will be available in the public domain for all to view.
